Our villas were recently delivered. They both dispose of an individual swimming pool, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living area of more than 100 m² and a garage complex for at least 4 cars.

The Exclusiv I can be connected with The Exclusiv Too by means of a separate indoor hall and a staircase so that even up to 12 persons can stay here.
